Originally a 13th Century Chinese martial art, Tai Chi today is practised world-wide as a health promoting exercise. It combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. While all ages can benefit, it is particularly recommended for people aged 65 and over, to reduce stress, improve balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.

Our group has recommenced! We meet in the Lower Hall, Mondays, 1.30pm for an hour. Small weekly charge. Usual safety measures in place (photo below was taken pre-Covid).
